DELFTSE POORT FIRST OFFICE BUILDING IN THE NETHERLANDS TO ACHIEVE WIREDSCORE GOLD CERTIFICATE

Schiphol, 06/10/20 – Multi-tenant office building Delftse Poort in Rotterdam is the first office building in the Netherlands to receive a WiredScore Gold certificate. WiredScore is a new label that evaluates and certifies the connectivity of buildings, helping commercial property owners to understand, improve and promote the digital infrastructure of their buildings. The WiredScore certification is independent and represents a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure in buildings. Gold level is the second highest attainable level of connectivity and digital infrastructure.

CBRE Global Investors, together with ICT partner NDI ICT SOLUTIONS, took the initiative to have the certification carried out for the Delftse Poort office building. The certification is based on an inspection by an independent team from WiredScore.
