No excuses for not going to the gym! During Healthweek, you can exercise for free at RDAM Gym!
You can join various workouts before work, during lunch or after your working day. From Yoga to Boxing and from a Power workout to a RDAM workout, there is something for everyone.

Could your shoulders and back use some attention and are you up for a 10-minute energy boost? Then book your chair massage session now. The massages are offered between 10 am and 4 pm.
Tip: if you can’t make it on Monday, scroll to Wednesday, then the masseuse will be there too!

Book you Heath CheckGive your lunch a real energy boost! Join the Energy Up Lunch Walk at noon. An instructor will take us for the walk around Delftse Poort. It is no ordinary walk, but a walk where you will have headphones on and all the senses will be engaged.
We will provide lunch and headphones, so allow yourself this well-deserved break and join us. We will definitely be back at Delftse Poort by 1pm.

Plan je Health CheckWouter de Jong has developed a Mindgym program with the latest insights from science and practical exercises, with which you will improve your mental strength. That leads to more focus, peace and energy. His experiential training sessions, lectures and workshops have a lot of depth with fun, without being woolly or superficial.
Join us for lunch and this Mindgym session in the auditorium from 12 – 1 pm
