Every year in December, Socialclub supports a charity. This year it is the children of the (children’s) home Fier. The children who are cared for in Fier all have traumatic experiences and need to be offered a safe home with intensive supervision, treatment and guidance.

With the ‘Giving Tree’ you can give these children a nice Christmas present and bring a glimmer of cheer and light in the dark days before Christmas.

How it works:

From December 4 to 15, transparent 50 baubles will hang in one of the Christmas trees in the 3rd floor lobby. Inside these baubles is a card with the wish of one of the children (for a value of about € 20.00). Grab one or more baubles and purchase this gift. Drop the gift off at the reception desk on the ground floor no later than Monday, December 18. If you don’t have the skills to wrap it nicely yourself, you may of course let our wrapping service take care of this as well. Please, and don’t forget to put the enclosed sticker on the gift. With this sticker we know which present it is and for which child you fulfilled the gift wishes. The bauble also contains a description of what to do.

Your community Manager Lieke will present the gifts to the children on behalf of you at Fier on Thursday the 21st of December, we will also make a nice compilation video of it, which we will of course share. So let’s all give 50 children a slightly nicer Christmas by making their gift wishes come true!
