Free workouts at RDAM Gym!

Finding it hard to get back into the routine after the vacation season? We are going to help you! Working out is an essential part you need to include in your schedule again, which is why during Back to Work Week you can work out for free at RDAM Gym!

You can attend different workouts before work, during lunch or after your workday. From Yoga to Boxing and from a Power workout to a RDAM workout, there is something for everyone. So check out the schedule for week 38 (June 18 – 22 September) here and let us know which group workout(s) you’re going for!

Lunch & Link with your fellow DP-ers

Do you always enjoy your lunch with the same colleagues and do you want to come on an tiny adventure with us? Bring your work-bestie to lunch and enjoy it with your ‘neighbor’.

We have booked Sophie van Hoytema (you might know her as the presenter of RTL Snowmagazine, but she is also a singer, comedian and an actress) to lead this lunch session.
So grab this opportunity and you might meet someone you want to link with for business opportunities or because you have a shared interest. Or maybe you live in the same city and when there are train troubles you can carpool!

Runningclub Delftse Poort -> Bruggenloop
1st training

Let’s lace up our running shoes and get back to our running habits! We are organizing a running club for tenants of Delftse Poort. Our trainer (Michel de Wit from This is Running) will get you ready for the Rotterdam Bruggenloop in 12 weeks. The Bruggenloop will take place on December 10th and it has a great parcourse of 15 KM.  On Wednesdays of the even weeks there is a joint training from 5:15 – 6:15 pm and in the odd weeks you can train on your own according to the special training program you will receive. First joint training is in week 38 (Wednesday 20th of September). And when you get the hang of it you can work your way up to the Rotterdam Marathon!

The training, running shirt and registration for the Bruggenloop are fully paid by Socialclub! To secure a training of good quality, we only have a few spots available, so sign up fast!

Friday 22 September

Back to Work-Out

Let’s start the last day of the Back to Work week with a 1 hour training with various exercises for getting rid of those neck-, shoulder and back pain after a long working day. It is not really Yoga so if that sounds a bit too fuzzy and a bridge too far, this will be the training that suits you!

The exercises are common in your daily life and are also practiced during the warming up of the group lessons at RDAM GYM. It’s a new training at the gym and the kick-off will be during the Back to Work Week! We get that your excited by now, reserve your spot now!
